Health and wellbeing

Our Senior Leadership Team care about your welfare. They know everyone by name; and most of their families, dogs and favourite football team too! If you’ve got a problem, they’re there to listen and help in any way they can. Quotes from our staff about our Management Team:

We offer full-time and part-time hours to suit your needs as we understand the importance of a work/life balance. We also finish early on a Friday!

Progression and development

Where possible, we like to promote our people internally. Our Managing Director himself has been here for nearly 40 years, and he isn’t even the longest serving member of staff.

Our business boasts a “21 club” – when you have worked for us for 21 years, you will be invited annually to a fully expensed day of dinner and drinks. So far, we have 17 members and not one of those are in the same role they started in.

Meet the team

Social/Community

Our team describes themselves as a family; which you’d expect from a family owned, family run business I suppose! When able, we like to hold social events and are regularly involved with fundraising. We’ve hosted football tournaments, been to bingo, taken part in charity events and are fundraising partners with St Barnabas Hospice.

Working at Jacksons Workwear Rental means that you are supporting many well-known businesses around Central England and the Midlands, and with this comes a sense of pride.

We supply the workwear for Pukka Pies, Denby Potteries, University of Nottingham, Acenta Steel, 3Ms, Island Gas, Listers Mercedes and SPS Aerostructures to name a few you might have heard of!
